Like other Dim Sum restaurants, Ful Lai serves various types of dim sum, just that the ingredients are fresher than those I had in Jalan Ipoh.
Janet and I went likes to enjoy our supper there, usually we order dim sum like "ha kau" (prawn dumpling) , "siew mai" (another kind of dumpling...), chee cheong fun, egg tart and etc... (yea I eat a lot)
Hong Kong "chee cheong fun" with prawn
This chee cheong fun has a gummy texture and in within you will taste real fresh and teeth bouncy shrimps.
Egg Tart
This tart has a crumble skin. The heavy butter taste makes it a little like butter cookies, just that it's added with an egg fillings.
Glutinous rice wrapped with lotus leaf
Our favorite! This sticky rice taste so great that we ordered it every time we are there. The aroma of Chinese sausage really strikes my taste bud. While bitting on the juicy sticky rice, you will taste some dried oyster in it as well. A must order dish!
Lots of Dim Sum
Fried Yam Cake with minced pork fillings
The crust simply makes this cuisine nice! Just a little bit oily...
LO MAI KAI!
The classic old dim sum every one knows. In case you don't, this is a steamed glutinous rice with chicken. Nice serve with chili sauce.
